Annex VIII to Directive 2000/60/EC is amended as follows: points 11 and 12 are deleted. the following point is added: Microorganisms, genes or genetic material reflecting the presence of microorganisms resistant to antimicrobial agents, in particular microorganisms pathogenic to humans or livestock.’.
