paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘2. With regard to substances for which a biota EQS or a sediment EQS is laid down in Part A of Annex I, Member States shall apply such biota EQS or sediment EQS. With regard to substances other than those referred to in the first subparagraph, Member States shall apply the water EQS laid down in Part A of Annex I.’ ;
