Article 24

1. Each Member State shall take the necessary measures to provide up-to-date training for its national officials to be able to identify different forms of corruption and corruption risks that can occur in the exercise of their duties and to react in a timely and appropriate manner to any suspicious activity. 2. Without prejudice to judicial independence and differences in the organisation of the judiciary across the Union, each Member State shall take the necessary measures to provide specialised and up-to-date training for law enforcement and judicial authorities tasked with criminal investigations and criminal proceedings of offences falling within the scope of this Directive.
