ANNEX XX

The following Annex is added to Regulation (EU) No 833/2014: Part A: legal persons, entities or bodies that seek, or are involved with, the enforcement outside the Union of claims under paragraph 1 of Article 11a, and persons, entities or bodies that own or control those entities or bodies, as referred to in Article 5aj(1). Part B: legal persons, entities or bodies that seek, or are involved with, the enforcement, outside the Union, of claims under paragraph 1 of Article 11b, and persons, entities or bodies that own or control those entities or bodies, as referred to in Article 5aj(2).’.
