the following article is inserted: ‘Article 3rb From 1 January 2027, it shall be prohibited to provide, directly or indirectly, LNG terminal services to any natural or legal person, entity or body in Russia or to any legal person, entity or body established in the Union which is more than 50 % owned, or which is controlled, by a Russian citizen or by a legal person, entity or body in Russia. It shall be prohibited to maintain contracts concerning prohibited LNG services pursuant to this Article after 1 January 2027.’ ;
