“LNG terminal services” means services provided by liquified natural gas (LNG) system operators to customers, in particular offloading, storage, sending out, berthing (loading and unloading), regassification, backhaul liquefaction, truck loading, bunkering of LNG falling under CN code 2711 11 00 , and including ancillary services and temporary storage necessary for the re-gasification process and subsequent delivery to the transmission system;
