Article 5ba is replaced by the following: ‘Article 5ba It shall be prohibited to engage, directly or indirectly, in any transaction involving the crypto-assets or central bank digital currencies listed in Annex LIII, or to provide any support to the development of such crypto-assets or central bank digital currencies.’ ;
