Article 5n is amended as follows: in paragraph 1, the following point is added: ; managed security services.’ the following paragraph is inserted: ‘4a. Paragraph 4 shall not apply to the provision, directly or indirectly, of services not covered by paragraphs 1 or 2 to a consular or diplomatic representation of the Russian Federation located in a Member State, where those services are strictly necessary for the functioning of that representation.’ ; the following paragraph is inserted: ‘8d. Paragraph 1, point (i) shall apply from 25 May 2026;’ ;
