the following paragraph is inserted: ‘3h. As of 24 April 2026, the prohibitions in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall not apply to the import, purchase or transport, or to related technical or financial assistance, necessary for the import into the Union, of 688 000 metric tonnes of goods falling under CN code 2814 between 24 April of a given year and 23 April of the year thereafter.’ ;
