Article 3m is amended as follows: the following paragraph is inserted: ‘2a. As of 1 January 2027, the prohibitions in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall apply to natural gas condensate of subheading CN 2709 00 10 from liquefied natural gas production plants.’ ; paragraphs 11 and 12 are deleted;
