An installation producing recycled materials from post-consumer waste derived from end-of-life vehicles or repaired vehicles shall be able to demonstrate that such waste has been collected separately and was not mixed with materials from other origins in such a way that would prevent traceability of this waste before its arrival on the installation and during the whole recycling process.
