in Appendix 2, point 4 is amended as follows: in the table ‘Part I: Vehicles belonging to category M1’, entry 59 is replaced by the following: ‘59 | Regulation (EU) 2026/1738 (Circularity) | The requirements of that Regulation shall not apply.’ in the table ‘Part II: Vehicles belonging to category N1’, entry 59 is replaced by the following: ‘59 | Regulation (EU) 2026/1738 (Circularity) | The requirements of that Regulation shall not apply.’
