5. All information included in the Digital Circularity Vehicle Passport shall comply with the rules established by the Commission under paragraph 6 and shall be: based on open standards; developed with an interoperable format; transferable through an open interoperable data exchange network without vendor lock-in; machine-readable, structured and searchable.
