10. The competent authority may refuse to register a producer or withdraw the producer’s registration where the information referred to in paragraph 3 of this Article and related documentary evidence are not provided or are not sufficient, or where the producer no longer meets the requirements laid down in point 1(d) of Annex IX. The competent authority shall withdraw the producer’s registration if the producer has ceased to exist.
