2. An authorised treatment facility shall not be required to remove parts and components listed in Part C of Annex VIII, with the exception of those that are to be removed in a non-destructive manner in accordance with paragraph 1 of this Article, if it demonstrates that post-shredder technologies separate materials from parts and components designated in the second column of Part C of Annex VIII as efficiently as manual dismantling processes, semi-automated or automated disassembly processes and that the criteria and limit values of Part G, points 1 and 2, of Annex VIII are met. For the purposes of the first subparagraph, the authorised treatment facility shall provide the information listed in Part G, point 3, of Annex VIII.
