3. In addition to the obligations set out in Article 35 of Directive 2008/98/EC, the authorised treatment facilities shall maintain records of the end-of-life vehicles that are processed without the prior removal of parts, components and materials in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Article, including the name and address of the treatment facilities, and the VIN of the end-of-life vehicles concerned. The authorised treatment facilities shall provide the information in the records referred to in the first subparagraph of this paragraph to the competent authority in accordance with Article 50(6).
