3. Notwithstanding paragraph 1, point (c), the following provisions shall not apply to vehicles and end-of-life vehicles of categories M2, M3, N2, N3 and O: Article 4 on reusability, recyclability and recoverability of vehicles; Article 5 on requirements for substances in vehicles; Article 6 on minimum recycled content in vehicles; Article 8 on general obligations; Article 9 on circularity strategy; Article 10 on declaration on recycled content present in vehicles; Article 12 on labelling of parts, components and materials present in vehicles; Article 13 on Digital Circularity Vehicle Passport; Article 21 on fee modulation; Article 22 on cost allocation mechanism for vehicles becoming end-of-life vehicles in another Member State; Article 33 on reuse, recycling and recovery targets; Article 35(2) on shipments of end-of-life vehicles.
