5. Risk-related information shall be exchanged as follows: between customs authorities in accordance with Article 46(5) of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013; between customs authorities and the Commission in accordance with Article 47(2) of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013; between customs authorities and competent authorities, including competent authorities from other Member States, in accordance with Article 47(2) of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013.
