to enable an automated electronic check of data provided in a roadworthiness certificate as referred to in Annex II to Directive 2014/45/EU, of the date of first registration of a vehicle, as well as of the Member State where a vehicle was last registered, as referred to in Directive 1999/37/EC, to determine whether a used vehicle to be exported complies with the requirements laid down in Article 39, Article 40(1) and Article 41;
