4. By way of derogation from Article 8(2) of this Regulation, until 14 August 2032, where that Article refers to Article 4 of this Regulation, such a reference shall be construed as a reference to Article 5 of Directive 2005/64/EC. By way of derogation from Article 8(2) of this Regulation, until 14 August 2032, where that Article refers to Article 5 of this Regulation, such a reference shall be construed as a reference to Article 6(2) of Directive 2005/64/EC.
