However, Articles 4(3), 5(2) to (9), 6(4) to (9), 6(11), 7(3), 7(4), 9(7), 11(4), 12(2), 13(6), 14(4), 15(6), 21(2), 22(6), 26(3), 37(3), 41(3), 46(5) and 50(5) shall apply from 14 September 2026, Article 53 shall apply from 13 August 2026 and Article 55 shall apply from 1 September 2032.
