By 30 September 2028, the Commission shall adopt a delegated act, in accordance with Article 51, establishing the methodology for the calculation and verification of the share of steel recycled from post-consumer steel waste in vehicle types and, if applicable, from ferrous scrap, present in and incorporated into vehicle types.
