By 30 September 2028 the Commission shall adopt a delegated act, in accordance with Article 51, to supplement this Regulation by establishing a minimum share of recycled aluminium and its alloys to be present in and incorporated into vehicle types to be type-approved in accordance with this Regulation and Regulation (EU) 2018/858. That delegated act shall also set the date of application of the obligation to have a minimum share of recycled content no later than 14 August 2033.
