(104) Annex II to Regulation (EU) 2019/1020 of the European Parliament and of the Council (28), which lists Union harmonisation legislation without provisions on penalties, should be amended to delete Directives 2000/53/EC and 2005/64/EC from that list as it is necessary that the current Regulation contains penalty provisions.
