(32) In order to achieve the targets for the integration of recycled content under this Regulation, the Commission should publish, by 14 August 2032, a review of the state of technological development and environmental performance of biobased plastic and of elastomers derived from the reprocessing of tyres in vehicles, and, where appropriate, present a legislative proposal with sustainability requirements and targets.
