(12) To fulfil its tasks, OLAF works closely with relevant national authorities in accordance with Article 1(2) of Regulation (EU, Euratom) No 883/2013. OLAF also provides feedback and, where relevant, consults competent national authorities in accordance with the applicable provisions of that Regulation, including Article 12, paragraphs 1 and 5.
