(6) To fulfil its tasks, the EPPO works closely with relevant national authorities which actively assist and support the investigations and prosecutions of the EPPO in accordance with Article 5(6) of Regulation (EU) 2017/1939. The EPPO also provides feedback and, where relevant, consults competent national authorities in accordance with the applicable provisions of that Regulation, including Article 5(6), Article 25, paragraphs 1 to 3, Article 27(7) and Article 34, paragraphs 1 to 4.
