Recital 30

(30) Third countries have adopted restrictive measures similar to those relating to travel through the Union by Russian diplomats and consular officers, as well as members of the administrative, technical or service staff of Russia’s diplomatic missions or consular posts, or their family members. It is thus appropriate to extend the sharing of information with those third countries on possible breaches of the relevant restrictive measures.
