Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026/1878 of 30 July 2026 implementing Article 7 of Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001 on specific restrictive measures directed against certain persons and entities with a view to combating terrorism · European Union

(6) The Council has verified that competent authorities, as referred to in Article 2(4) and (5) of Regulation (EC) No 2580/2001, have taken decisions with regard to all the natural or legal persons, groups or entities on the list to the effect that they have been involved in terrorist acts within the meaning of Article 1, points (i) and (j) of that Regulation. The Council has concluded that the measures in Article 2(1) and (2) of that Regulation should continue to apply to those natural or legal persons, groups or entities.
