The overall background and the specific legislative framework are presented in chapters 1 and 2. Chapter 3 guides through the basic steps of the classification process. It does not contain specific information on how to perform the necessary steps for classification but rather mentions a general overview. For certain steps, reference is made to the corresponding Annex, where more detailed information can be found.
