There are no direct test methods for HP 12 (39). Where a test is necessary the test method for emission of flammable gas provided in ECHA CLP Guidance should be used. Where the waste contains EUH031 or EUH032 substances a 1 M hydrochloric acid solution can be used to replace the water in the test.
