| (170) | The extent of the passing-on, and hence the size of the passing-on effects, is also related to the relationship between the demand and the price level. In this case, however, it is not the demand price sensitivity that is directly relevant, it is rather the change of the demand price sensitivity as the price level changes. This change of the price sensitivity with respect to the price level is referred to as the curvature of demand.
