(54) The reasons why the factors listed in paragraph 51 might be important in determining the existence and the degree of the passing-on related price effect and the passing-on related volume effect are explained in this section. A more detailed explanation of the impact of each factor is provided in Annex 1, together with an explanation of the standard price formation mechanism.
