In this context, interim measures should be available within the individual action, both at the consumer's request and of the court's own motion, for as long as appropriate, pending a final judgment in an ongoing collective action (521). This is relevant especially when interim relief is necessary to ensure the full effectiveness of the judgment in the individual action.
