| 181. | Table 2b ‘Uses and human activities in or affecting the marine environment’ in Commission Directive 2017/845/EU (173) contains relevant indications as to activities potentially causing marine water damage, although it is only those occupational activities which are also found in Annex III of the Environmental Liability Directive that will count for purposes of application of the Environmental Liability Directive.
