(24) See Recital 46, which, when explaining Article 13(1) on the reimbursement of the amounts received from the consumer, also expressly refers to consumers’ payment with vouchers. The voucher acquisition contract itself will be subject to the CRD requirements, including in particular with respect to provision of pre-contractual information on the validity term, conditions of exchange for goods and services, and transferability.
