(49) Under Article 7(4) UCPD, an invitation to purchase must contain, if not already apparent from the context, information about: the main characteristics of the product to an extent appropriate to the medium and the product; the address and identity of the trader; the price including taxes; arrangements for payment, delivery, and performance if they depart from the requirements of professional diligence; and, where applicable, existence of the right of withdrawal.
