§1.7.6 Automated sales

Article 3 3. This Directive shall not apply to contracts: (l) concluded by means of automatic vending machines or automated commercial premises; This exception applies to contracts concluded in the physical presence of the consumer and at the place where the good or service is sold/provided by automated means, such as vending machines, automated fuel stations or parking facilities.
