This exception also applies to contracts concluded with the providers of Premium Rate Services (PRS), i.e., services paid for through the consumer’s telephone bill (43) in cases where the contract is concluded and simultaneously fully performed by the single call made or an SMS sent by the consumer to the PRS number, for example:
