It is not sufficient to provide the mandatory pre-contractual information merely as part of the general terms and conditions that the consumer may have to accept before moving on in the transaction process (50). The requirement to provide information in a ‘clear and comprehensible manner’ means that the individual elements of the mandatory information must be brought to the attention of the consumer.
