Article 6(8) of the CRD addresses specifically the relationship between the information requirements laid down in this Directive and those contained in the Services Directive 2006/123/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (60) and the eCommerce Directive 2000/31/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council (61) . First, it specifies that information requirements in these three instruments are complementary. Second, it clarifies that if a provision of these two directives on the ‘content and the manner in which the information is to be provided’ conflicts with a provision of the CRD, the latter shall prevail (62).
