§3.3.2 Cost of using distance means of communication

Article 6(1) (f) the cost of using the means of distance communication for the conclusion of the contract where that cost is calculated other than at the basic rate; This information requirement would in particular apply in cases where the trader advertises a Premium Rate Services (PRS) number that the consumer must call in order to conclude the contract for the offered goods or services.
