(286) According to point 5 of Annex I of this Directive, consumers shall be provided in bills with information on the contribution of each energy source to the electricity purchased in accordance with the supply contract. In particular, according to subparagraph (a) and (b), electricity suppliers shall specify ‘the contribution of each energy source to the overall energy mix of the supplier (…)’ and ‘information on the environmental impact, in at least terms of CO2 emissions and the radioactive waste resulting from the electricity produced by the overall energy mix of the supplier over the preceding year’.
