COMMISSION NOTICE – Guidance on the interpretation and application of Article 6a of Directive 98/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on consumer protection in the indication of the prices of products offered to consumers · European Union

National authorities will be in charge of enforcing these rules. Where needed, they will be able to use their investigation and enforcement powers under Regulation (EU) 2017/2394 of the European Parliament and of the Council (15) on consumer protection cooperation.
