(129) This is not applicable to products covered by the Union harmonisation legislation relating to toys, low voltage equipment, civil explosives and refrigeration appliances, since these directives only cover making available on the market. Further, this is not applicable to recreational craft built for own use, provided that it is not subsequently placed on the market during a period of five years, or to craft designed before 1950.
