(91) For example, such would be the situation of railway workers not working in interoperable cross-border services in the railway sector, who are not covered by Council Directive 2005/47/EC. This would also be the situation of road transport mobile workers operating vehicles that carry passengers on regular services not exceeding 50 kilometres, who are not covered by Directive 2002/15/EC.
