COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMMISSION Interpretative Communication on Directive 2003/88/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning certain aspects of the organisation of working time · European Union

Article 10(1) of Directive (EU) 2019/1158 on work-life balance for parents and carers provides that rights acquired or in the process of being acquired by the worker on the date on which, inter alia (324), parental leave starts are to be maintained as they stand until the end of parental leave and apply after that leave.
