COMMUNICATION FROM THE COMMISSION Interpretative Communication on Directive 2003/88/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council concerning certain aspects of the organisation of working time · European Union

As to the positions to which workers should be transferred, the Directive only requires that it is work to which they are suited and that it is ‘day work’. The transfer should take place ‘whenever possible’.
