(27) Temporal considerations were relevant for market definition, for example, in case M.5467 RWE/Essent, paragraph 32, where the Commission distinguished between peak and off-peak hours for the generation and wholesale supply of electricity, and in case M.8869 Ryanair/Laudamotion, paragraphs 96 and 97, where it distinguished between the summer and winter season in air passenger transport.
