(42) For example, in the context of assessing medicinal products, the relevant product market may be widened to include pipeline products that are currently undergoing clinical trials, as further explained in paragraph 91; or it may be narrowed to only a specific molecule in light of impending entry by a generic version of an originator product, see judgment of 30 January 2020, Generics (UK) and Others, C-307/18, EU:C:2020:52, paragraph 131.
